Tycoons at twenty
Discovery of great leadership potential during a nation-wide hunt in educational institutes

‘A business magnate, a powerful financier’, is the Webster definition of tycoon. Yet, as the society evolves and old notions blur, definitions too change. Thus, the connotation of tycoon has also become much broader, to include social conscience, leadership role, and much more. Tycoons, an all-India hunt, launched by Career Launcher India Limited in association with Jaago India in the months of January-March and involving more than 100,000 students, was an expression of this changed paradigm. The three-month-long event brought to light the real potential of Indian youth in big cities and small towns alike.
