File Format

High Resolution (For Prepress) PDF File with Curved Font.
No file designed in Page Maker can be accepted.
PDF files are preferable, but in special cases EPS File (not designed in Page Maker) is also acceptable.
The photographs used in ads should be in CMYK Mode, not in RGB mode.
Text in black colour should be in single colour, not in four colours.

We will receive locked files only which will not be changed at our end as it becomes risky. Please ensure that the files received are in proper shape and order.

Last date for submission of advertisement material for an Issue
20th day of each month

Terms & conditions

Material should be provided by the advertisers before 20th day of each month, for each issues/release in separate CD mentioning its month of release;
a) PDF format along with the open file of material, fonts & links in case of black & white advertisement.
b) PS format along with the open file of material, fonts & links in case of colour advertisement.
Please inform us at least 02 days before the date of material/artwork submission in case of any technical or non-technical change in advertisement material or its plan/schedule of release.
Kindly note that all advertisers need to pay in advance except in the case of INS accredited agencies.
Kindly note that payments need to be made within the approved credit period as per the rules of INS.
Please note that cheque needs to be drawn in favour of CL Media Pvt. Ltd.
All dispute are subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of courts in Delhi/New Delhi.
